I have worked as a mental health professional and coach for eight years. Prior to that, I stayed at home with my children for a number years and prior to that I was an officer in the US Marine Corps. These varied experiences have informed my understanding of human behavior. I take a practical approach to counseling, focusing on client identified goals, self-understanding, humor, and problem solving.
